Superintendent – Tri-Cities TN

Superintendent Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site compliance
- Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Superintendent Preferred Background & Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
Superintendent Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide full on-site supervision and coordination for commercial construction projects
- Plan, schedule, and direct daily field activities to meet project timelines and budgets
- Develop and enforce site logistics, safety programs, and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries
- Lead preconstruction meetings, coordination meetings, and daily huddles
- Maintain daily reports, schedules, quantity tracking, and site documentation
- Ensure project compliance with OSHA safety requirements and company policies
- Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities
- Mentor field staff and support ongoing team development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
