We’re hiring an Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a specialty outpatient clinic focused on patients with complex autoimmune and immune-related conditions. This role is highly collaborative, clinically engaging, and ideal for nurses who enjoy care coordination, patient education, and working closely with providers.

What You’ll Do
- Document patient visits in the EHR (HPI, ROS, PE, treatment plans)
- Prepare charts by reviewing labs, imaging, and external records
- Coordinate orders, referrals, prescriptions, and follow-up visits
- Educate patients on treatment plans and ensure post-visit adherence
- Communicate with external providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Act as a patient advocate throughout the care journey
What We’re Looking For
Active Colorado RN license (LPN considered)
2+ years of clinical nursing experience (specialty or complex care preferred)
Strong EHR proficiency and documentation skills
Excellent communication and organization
Calm, compassionate approach in high-volume environments
Interest in specialty medicine, autoimmune care, or research
