Build it. Lead it. Own it.
We’re hiring a Project Manager to take full ownership of high-value landscape construction and enhancement projects. This is a true operator role—you’ll be in the field and in the office, leading crews, coordinating with GCs and clients, and making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably.
If you like running real work, leading people, and being accountable for results, this is your seat.
What You’ll Do
Own the Work
- Manage multiple active landscape construction and enhancement projects from handoff to closeout
- Oversee 3–5 field crews and approximately $4M in annual project revenue
- Drive schedules, production flow, quality, safety, and margins
- Track job costs, labor, materials, and change orders using Aspire
Lead the Field
- Partner closely with crew leaders to set daily and weekly production goals
- Ensure crews have the tools, materials, equipment, and direction to succeed
- Reinforce safety standards, jobsite organization, and workmanship expectations
Control Schedules & Logistics
- Build and manage project schedules to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate labor, equipment, fleet needs, and material deliveries
- Proactively identify and solve constraints before they impact timelines
Be the Point Person
- Serve as the primary contact for General Contractors, property managers, and owner representatives
- Attend jobsite meetings and maintain clear, professional communication
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
Run a Tight Operation
- Use Aspire daily for scheduling, ticketing, documentation, and reporting
- Provide regular updates to branch leadership on progress, risks, and performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and protect margins
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing construction or landscape projects
- Experience leading multiple crews and high-dollar work ($2M+ preferred)
- Strong understanding of scheduling, labor planning, and job costing
- Comfortable working with GCs, inspectors, and client representatives
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability
- Aspire experience strongly preferred
- Confident communicator who can lead in the field and collaborate in the office
Why This Opportunity
- Full ownership of meaningful projects
- Strong leadership support and operational systems
- Growing, performance-driven organization
- Competitive compensation with room to grow
- Culture built on accountability, teamwork, and execution
