Senior Director, Digital Revenue Strategy Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies focused on driving bookings, revenue growth, and channel performance
- Oversee optimization efforts across paid search, paid social, metasearch, display advertising, and third-party travel platforms
- Partner closely with revenue management, brand marketing, and property leadership teams to align campaign execution with business goals
- Manage agency relationships, media investment pacing, and ongoing testing initiatives to improve conversion and return on spend
- Monitor performance trends, booking behaviors, and demand shifts to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Evaluate emerging technologies, platform capabilities, and digital marketing opportunities to support continuous improvement
Senior Director, Digital Revenue Strategy Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business or marketing education preferred
- 8+ years of experience leading digital marketing or ecommerce initiatives within hospitality or travel-focused environments
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution strategy, direct booking initiatives, and digital demand generation
- Experience working with branded hotel systems, franchise marketing tools, and commercial platform integrations
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional partnerships, external agencies, and multi-channel media strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into revenue-driving actions
