Restaurant / Floor Manager
Hotel | Multiple Outlets | Immediate Opening
We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant / Floor Manager to support operations within a dynamic hotel environment featuring multiple food and beverage outlets. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who specializes in upscale service, ensures consistency across concepts, and leads teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations across assigned outlets, ensuring upscale service standards are executed consistently
- Support multiple dining concepts while maintaining a polished, cohesive guest experience
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house teams across varying service styles
- Set shift priorities and manage service flow during peak periods
- Partner with bar leadership on beverage operations, service execution, and mixology standards
- Manage private and semi-private events within restaurant and hotel spaces
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food handling regulations
- Act as a visible, guest-facing leader during service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in high-volume, full-service, upscale dining
- Experience working in hotels or multi-outlet environments strongly preferred
- Proven background executing elevated service training programs and refined hospitality standards
- Strong knowledge of bar operations and beverage service
- Event experience within a restaurant or hotel setting
- Charismatic, polished, and guest-focused leadership style
- Hands-on manager who performs well in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- Collaborative team builder with strong communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
