A well-regarded law firm is seeking a team-oriented Associate Tax Attorney to join its Tax-Exempt Organizations practice in Cincinnati. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate interested in supporting nonprofit and mission-driven organizations within a collaborative, growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support tax-exempt organizations on compliance, governance, and operational matters
- Work closely with senior attorneys on matters involving nonprofit entities
- Advise organizations in sectors such as healthcare, higher education, and religious institutions (experience helpful but not required)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a tax or business law practice
- Large law firm experience preferred
- Interest in tax-exempt organizations and nonprofit work
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
