A growing commercial litigation practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its West Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on significant case responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor junior associates
- Assist in managing complex ESI discovery in litigation matters
- Prepare for and conduct hearings and depositions
- Support federal court matters (preferred)
- Experience in business litigation, intellectual property, and probate litigation is a plus
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Demonstrated leadership of junior attorneys
- Federal court experience highly preferred
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
