Execution, precision, and leadership presence are critical. The kitchen operates at a high level nightly and requires strong internal systems and accountability.
The Executive Sous is a true second-in-command, not a glorified supervisor.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a high-performing Executive Sous Chef with strong upscale or fine-dining experience, preferably in a steakhouse or premium-protein environment. This person thrives under pressure, leads with calm authority, and is deeply organized.
They must be:
- Technically strong and detail-oriented
- Highly respected by line cooks and peers
- Comfortable enforcing standards without friction
- Capable of running the kitchen independently when needed
- Hungry to grow within a top-tier culinary organization
This role demands confidence, stamina, and leadership maturity.
