What You’ll Do Here as an Engineering Technician
- Support civil and environmental engineering projects from planning through construction
- Assist with site development, grading, stormwater, and infrastructure design
- Create and update engineering drawings using AutoCAD
- Conduct site inspections, field investigations, and construction monitoring
- Collect, document, and analyze field and laboratory data
- Assist with environmental permitting, including stormwater and waterway permits
- Prepare technical reports, field notes, maps, and project documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to keep projects moving forward
What You Bring Here as an Engineering Technician
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- 1–4 years of relevant experience (internships and early-career experience welcome)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with Civil 3D, GIS, or stormwater software is a plus
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to work both in the office and outdoors in varying conditions
- Dependability, adaptability, and a desire to learn and grow professionally
