What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers consistently great guest experiences
- Be present on the floor and in all areas of the operation, setting the tone through example
- Drive strong financial results through labor control, cost of goods management, and smart scheduling
- Partner with your team on local marketing, community involvement, and brand presence
- Uphold brand standards while fostering a supportive, people-first culture
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- A hands-on, team-oriented leadership style with a positive, approachable presence
- Strong organizational and financial management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
- Ability to commit to a 5-day workweek (approximately 50–55 hours)
