Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team
● Lead by example and embody our values with guests, staff, and the community
● Recruit, train, and manage staff while fostering growth and accountability
● Keep the team aligned on service standards, menus, and expectations. Staffing & Scheduling
● Build efficient schedules that balance output, hospitality, and cleanliness
● Post schedules two weeks in advance and include trainings as needed
● Onboard and train new hires thoroughly on culture, service strategy, and product Operations & Finance
● Oversee weekly ordering, invoicing, and cash reconciliation
● Track and report KPIs, with bonuses tied to results
● Maintain accurate liquor inventory and demonstrate financial discipline. Menus & Execution
● Partner with the Bar Manager to deliver menus that balance innovation and consistency
● Ensure each rollout is fully costed, mapped, and trained before launching private Events
● Oversee and facilitate private events, earning commission on each Systems & Standards
● Maintain opening, closing, and cleaning checklists with strict adherence to cleanliness
● Hold staff accountable to service standards appropriate for The Skip and its seasonal pop-ups, Hands-On Leadership
● Step in wherever needed, from clearing tables to making drinks
