PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Executive Chef / Heart of House Leader
- Lead all Heart of House operations, including culinary production, staffing, and events for this fast casual restaurant
- Supervise Sous Chefs and kitchen teams; enforce daily standards and accountability
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate culinary staff
- Manage budgets and control food, labor, and supply costs
- Develop menus aligned with member preferences and financial targets
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and waste reduction
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance (“A” ratings)
- Execute banquets and special events with consistent quality
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of culinary leadership experience
- Culinary school or formal apprenticeship preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
