Area Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven food service and food safety experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective multitasking and time management abilities
- Willingness and ability to regularly travel between restaurant locations
- Comfortable with restaurant technology, including purchasing, scheduling, and food safety applications
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Area Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior experience mentoring and developing managers
- Experience analyzing sales and operational reports for continuous improvement
- Highly versed in drive-through operations
- Proven track record in maintaining a 120-second drive through speed of service
- Multi-unit experience in fast food
Area Supervisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to General Managers to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure all restaurants uphold brand standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, and meet health department requirements
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and promotion processes
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for sales growth through promotional or operational initiatives
- Complete monthly operations reviews, cash and security audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting management teams and ensuring top-level hospitality
