KITCHEN MANAGER/CHEF QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 Years in an upscale casual or brewery restaurant
- High volume of $2M plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Solid leadership skills
- Experience leading, coaching and mentoring a new team
- New restaurant opening experience a plus
