Fine Dining Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- You must be currently working for a fine-dining concept
- 5+ years of fine dining experience
- 3+ years in a fine dining restaurant leadership role
- Extensive wine knowledge – Sommelier certification preferred
- Background with wine dinners and presenting wine backgrounds and suggestions to guests
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Genuine care and passion for people and the industry
- The passion to settle down in Panama City, FL
