General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant NYC GM experience.
- Intuitive understanding of full-service, beverage and event-focused hospitality operations
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding P&L, COGs, and operational excellence.
- Ability to demonstrate accurate cash handling and reconciliations.
- State-required food safety certifications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong people management experience and abilities.
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Extensive beverage knowledge
- Events and/or nightlife environments
- Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (reservation platforms, inventory management systems, point of sale systems).
- Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
