Banquet Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club, resort or luxury hotel environment
- Experience managing a high-volume, multi-outlet scratch kitchen
- Banquet and event planning experience essential
- Butchering and menu development experience required
- Successfully manage special events, menu rollouts, etc.
- Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
