Multi-Unit Leader Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Minimum 2+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment
- Multi-unit leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven success developing General Managers and future leaders
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor control, food cost, and inventory management
- Experience leading operational excellence initiatives across multiple locations
- ServSafe Certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned market
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak business periods

- Proven ability to improve sales, profitability, and guest experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations for 5–8 restaurant locations within the assigned market
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance conversations with General Managers
- Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and operational execution
- Build and maintain a strong internal leadership bench for future growth
- Partner with restaurant teams on scheduling, forecasting, and inventory planning
- Execute local store marketing, catering, loyalty, and community engagement initiatives
- Conduct operational audits to ensure consistency and brand standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and employment regulations
- Support technology rollouts, new initiatives, and operational improvements
- Drive guest satisfaction through hospitality, speed of service, and issue resolution
Multi-Unit Leader Preferred Background & Skills:
- Fast-casual or QSR restaurant leadership experience
- Experience overseeing high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong systems, process, and execution mindset
- Proficiency with POS systems, labor scheduling, inventory, and reporting platforms
- Microsoft 365 experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience developing future multi-unit or district-level leaders
- Community marketing and local store sales growth experience preferred
