Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years+ Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong front-of-house leadership with elevated hospitality standards
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing service teams
- Hands-on floor leadership with strong guest interaction skills
- Manage labor, scheduling, beverage controls, and operational execution
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Thrive in fast-paced, hospitality-driven environments
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Upscale casual, polished casual, or hospitality-driven restaurant experience
- Strong bar, cocktail, or lounge operations exposure preferred
- Experience in high-volume environments ($4M+ annual revenue preferred)
- Stable tenure and career progression required
- Strong culture-building and team development mindset
