Area Manager Expectations
- Oversee daily operations in ATL, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers with a hands-on, servant leadership style
- Drive financial performance — manage P&L, labor, inventory, and cost controls with precision
- Champion new restaurant openings, from staffing to operations readiness
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and guest-first engagement
- Lead strategic initiatives to boost sales, improve systems, and elevate the brand
- Own training, onboarding, and ongoing development across your region
Area Manager Experience
- 7+ years of multi-unit leadership experience fresh fast casual space
- A servant leader who leads from the front, gets in the trenches, and inspires high performance
- Deep knowledge of financials and how to drive profitability through smart operations
- Proven experience with new store openings, training, and building strong teams
- Someone who thrives in a people-driven, guest-focused environment
- A results-oriented operator who can execute while maintaining culture and standards
- Strong business acumen
