About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established SaaS organization serving the property management industry across North America. With more than 30 years in the market, this company has built a strong reputation through customer relationships, industry expertise, and long-term partnerships, not high-volume transactional sales.

The organization is currently expanding its U.S. sales presence and seeking a Territory Sales Manager who can help drive strategic growth within a highly relationship-driven industry. This is an opportunity to join a stable, self-funded company with strong employee retention, long-term growth plans, and significant visibility across leadership.

This role is ideal for a polished, relationship-oriented sales professional who understands how to navigate enterprise-level organizations, build trust with executive stakeholders, and represent a brand professionally within a tight-knit market.

About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager will focus on developing new business relationships and expanding market share throughout the assigned territory. This is not an inbound or transactional sales role. Success comes from networking, strategic outreach, industry involvement, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with executive decision-makers.

The role begins as an individual contributor position with strong future leadership potential as the U.S. sales organization continues to scale.
