Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a personal lines book of business including renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day account needs
- Assist clients with coverage reviews, policy questions, billing concerns, and claims support
- Educate clients on insurance solutions including home, auto, umbrella, and related coverages
- Market accounts and work with carrier partners to secure competitive solutions when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely, organized account management
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in personal lines insurance or account management
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
- Insurance license preferred or ability to obtain
