Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base + uncapped commission
We are hiring a sales-driven business operations leader to own revenue growth, retention, and core business systems for a growing service-based organization.
This role blends hands-on sales execution with operational ownership. You will close deals, lead retention conversations, manage CRM workflows, and deliver clear reporting to leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new client acquisition and retention
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and conversions
- Lead renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and pauses
- Oversee payroll execution and accuracy
- Track KPIs and deliver weekly performance reports
- Improve CRM workflows and automate manual tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales background (phone, enrollment, or service-based sales)
- Proven ownership of revenue and conversion metrics
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting
- Payroll oversight experience
- Organized, analytical, and results-driven
