An independent insurance agency is hiring a Personal Lines Inside Sales & Account Manager to manage personal lines business from first call through bind, with exposure to higher-value homes and package policies.
This role blends sales and servicing and is well-suited for someone who enjoys consultative conversations and building strong personal lines accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle personal lines leads from inquiry to bind
- Sell and service package policies (home, auto, umbrella)
- Work with internal support on quoting
- Comfortable supporting affluent clients (homes ranging from ~$400K to $6M+)
- Support ongoing servicing and retention
Ideal Background
- Must have active P&C license
- Personal lines experience in an independent agency
- Comfortable working with high-value homes
- Confident explaining coverage and recommendations
- Detail-oriented and client-focused
- NY experience preferred; open to local or remote candidates
