Requirements & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of successful enterprise account management experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving quotas, maintaining strong client retention, and managing multi-year, complex expansion deals in matrixed organizations
- Strong communication, collaborative account planning, and problem-solving skills
- High drive, curiosity, and operational discipline in a growth-focused environment
- Resilient and committed to continuous personal and professional development
- Willingness to travel 40% or more for national account coverage
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance or Education sectors
- Exposure to organizations undergoing digital transformation in client engagement
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic enterprise accounts and nurture deep client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, building trusted advisor partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including quarterly and annual business reviews that align client goals with business objectives
- Translate client feedback into actionable strategies (OKRs) to drive ongoing improvements and deepen partnerships
- Proactively monitor client health to identify risks and ensure long-term retention targets are achieved
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales—to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within accounts, leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles focused on ROI and strategic outcomes
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and disciplined follow-through on commitments
