Multi-Unit General Manager – Upscale Hospitality Group

$110,000 – $130,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus + EBITDA Participation
A growing upscale hospitality group is seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager to support operations across multiple high-volume restaurant concepts.
This is a highly hands-on field leadership role focused on coaching General Managers, driving execution, improving guest experience, and maintaining operational standards across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate is polished, energetic, hospitality-driven, and enjoys being actively involved in restaurant operations and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support operational execution across multiple restaurant concepts
- Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams
- Maintain hospitality, service, and operational standards
- Identify operational opportunities and resolve issues in real time
- Support beverage and bar operations alongside restaurant leadership
- Drive labor efficiency, scheduling alignment, and cost control
- Ensure consistency in guest experience across all concepts
- Act as a visible, hands-on operational leader in the field
- Support leadership transitions and future openings as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit or high-volume General Manager experience
- Strong upscale full-service restaurant background
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams
- Strong operational discipline and accountability mindset
- Experience with labor management, scheduling, and restaurant financials
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environments
- Beverage and bar program knowledge preferred
