Commercial Cabling Project Manager
Location: Memphis, TN
Compensation: $85,000–$115,000 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking an independent, self-motivated Commercial Cabling Project Manager to oversee projects from award through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating field labor, supporting customer needs, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through closeout.
- Assist with project planning, purchasing, submittals, and scheduling.
- Coordinate field labor and technicians to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain active involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support QA/QC efforts and ensure project standards are met.
- Complete project closeouts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide post-installation support to customers.
- Communicate regularly with leadership and report project status as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in structured cabling.
- Experience managing commercial cabling projects from start to finish.
- BICSI RCDD or other industry certifications strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Bluebeam.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
