We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a growing, people-centric organization supporting under 600 non-union employees. This is a key serving as a trusted partner to leaders and employees alike. The ideal candidate is a collaborative HR leader with strong generalist experience, excellent judgment, and a natural ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Human Resources Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary in the $80,000 range, depending on experience

Human Resources Manager Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or manager-level role
- Prior experience leading or mentoring an HR team member
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to partner effectively with managers and senior leaders
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting a distributed or operational workforce preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Ability to work on-site in an airport environment
Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations while overseeing and developing an HR Generalist
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters
- Manage employee relations issues with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Support benefits administration, leave management, and HR policies
