We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee our in house dining and catering operations. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in mixology, vendor relationships, inventory management, and cost control. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and structure to our evolving menu while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
F&B Manager Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary: $55000 – $65000
- Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (individual and family plans available)
- 45 hour work week and no early mornings or late nights.

F&B Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience, plus 5 years in the industry (bartending, server, etc.)
- Strong background in food and beverage operations, inventory control, and vendor relations
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing multiple outlets
- Ability to monitor cost control and purchasing strategies
- Must be able to manage a team of 30-40 staff members
