Event Sales Coordinator – Boston
We’re seeking a highly organized, client-focused Event Sales Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-volume, experience-driven events in Boston.
This role blends event logistics, client service, and sales support. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves bringing events to life.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end event planning (logistics, timelines, vendors, F&B, AV)
- Serve as primary liaison for confirmed clients
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs
- Create and manage BEOs and booking documentation
- Track payments, pre-orders, and final details
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance
- Support upselling initiatives and enhance guest experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years in events or high-volume hospitality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- CRM and booking platform proficiency
- A proactive, team-first mindset
