Commercial Insurance Producer – Odessa, FL

Commercial Insurance Producer Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($60,000–$80,000) plus commissions on new business

Commercial Insurance Producer Requirements & Qualifications
- Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License (required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance sales experience in an independent agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and build referral networks (with property managers, HOAs, business owners, or similar)
- Experience managing and retaining a commercial book of business
- Experience with habitational and lessor’s risk accounts, small- to mid-sized commercial clients
- Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management software
Commercial Insurance Producer Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new commercial lines clients, focusing on habitational and lessor’s risk accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and business owners
- Collaborate with carriers to structure tailored coverage solutions
- Track sales activity, production goals, and maintain compliance standards
- Support client retention and provide service as needed, with renewal assistance from account management support
