Looking for a concept where you can learn and grow? You must have high volume, scratch cooking experience in upscale casual and/or fine dining. Some corporate experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
Sous Chef Requirements:
• Upscale or fine-dining experience is preferred and the best for our concept
• You must be a hands-on leader with a solid background in an upscale, scratch kitchen
• Understands corporate systems
• Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen
Sous Chef Benefits:
• A starting salary of $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience
