Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales and performance goals
- Drive store-level revenue, conversion metrics, and customer satisfaction results
- Provide ongoing training, performance management, and professional development for team members
- Maintain consistent sales processes and service standards
- Partner with operations and merchandising teams to support showroom execution and inventory flow
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, customer-facing leadership, or a related sales environment
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales management or supervisory role
