Restaurant General Manager – We are interviewing!
We love our community and are prideful to be serving our fresh, seasonal made from scratch fare! We are looking for a General Manager that is self-driven and goal-oriented to manage the business and direct the team to be the best!!
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest services and create excellent customer service experiences
- Mentor, develop, and discipline direct reports
- Fiscal accountability
- Work within budgets
- Maintain cleanliness standards
- Ensure morale is positive
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years General Manager experience
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor team members
- Likes to encourage and reward excellent behaviors and role model the standards expected from their team
- Previous experience in full-service restaurants with scratch kitchens
- Experience managing a full-service bar
- Managed sales in the 4 million range
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
