Our client, a forward-thinking insurance agency is looking to add a Commercial Lines Producer to its rapidly growing organization.
PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new sales from a variety of prospecting techniques
- Develop leads in niche business markets with help from the digital marketing department
- Work closely with commercial lines CSR to provide outstanding customer service to existing clients
- Market new and existing client policies with insurance carriers we represent with help from inside sales and marketing department
PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:
- Active P&C license
- Previous sales experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
PRODUCER COMPENSATION:
- Starting salary while growing your book of business
- Equal commission for new and renewal business
- No minimum premium threshold for earning a commission
- Annual sales incentive trip
- Healthcare insurance
- 401K + 3% match
