This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on General Manager who thrives in a guest-driven, high-energy restaurant environment. The operation is centered on scratch cooking, elevated service, and thoughtful execution, blending refinement with approachability.
The General Manager sets the tone for the restaurant by balancing operational discipline with people-first leadership. Success in this role comes from building a strong management bench, empowering leaders to take ownership, and creating systems that support consistency, growth, and long-term performance.
Familiarity with scratch kitchens and curated bar programs, combined with steady, people-centered leadership, will set someone up well in this role.
What You’ll Own
Business & Financial Leadership
- Create and adjust operating plans in response to sales trends and performance
- Drive revenue through strong guest experiences, community engagement, and visible leadership
- Manage controllable costs and establish systems that support accountability
- Oversee labor planning through accurate forecasting and schedule review
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant, front and back of house
Guest Experience & Brand Execution
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure consistent execution of a scratch-made menu
- Uphold standards around food quality, recipe execution, and presentation
- Collaborate with bar leadership to support a thoughtful beverage program
- Bring creativity to in-house and off-site experiences that drive repeat business
- Ensure service is proactive, polished, and anticipates guest needs
People & Culture
- Recruit, develop, and retain strong hospitality talent
- Ensure onboarding and training prepare team members for success
- Foster a culture that is welcoming, supportive, and performance-driven
- Provide fair, consistent coaching and feedback
Leadership Development
- Define clear ownership across management roles and areas of responsibility
- Lead productive manager meetings focused on results and opportunities
- Hold regular one-on-one conversations to support performance and growth
- Build internal pipelines to support long-term team development
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on leadership and execution
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Food Manager Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or hospitality-related certification preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
