Business Office Manager Summary:

We are seeking a strong Office Manager to support accounting, operations, and dispatch for a growing elevator service company. This is a critical operational role combining financial accuracy with real-time coordination of technicians and customer communication.

Business Office Manager Must-Have Experience:

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (accounting)

· Comfortable using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

· Experience handling AP / AR, invoicing, and reconciliations

· Prior experience in dispatching or scheduling technicians (service industry preferred)

· Strong organizational and multitasking ability

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)

Business Office Manager Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting in Business Central

· Dispatch service calls to technicians

· Create and manage purchase orders (POs)

· Process vendor invoices and customer billing

· Maintain accurate records in CRM

· Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors

Business Office Manager Ideal Background:

· Experience in elevator, HVAC, construction, mechanical, or field service industries

· Familiar with working with property managers and commercial clients

· Comfortable in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
