Managing Partner Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven back-of-house experience as a kitchen manager and front-of-house experience as a general manager
- Stable employment history, demonstrating loyalty and tenure of 1–2+ years in prior roles
- Strong commitment to hospitality standards and guest engagement
- Ability to execute a 100% table touch program and foster deep guest relationships
- Demonstrated operational leadership, accountability, and discipline
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, allergen controls, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in enforcing safe food handling practices
- Willingness and ability to work in the Orlando or Tampa markets
Managing Partner Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior success growing sales through hospitality and operational leadership
- Ability to stabilize and grow underperforming restaurant locations
- Experience building local market presence and adapting to community dynamics
- Direct experience with market-entry or turnaround strategies
Managing Partner (Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and lead both BOH and FOH operations to uphold and exceed hospitality standards
- Build lasting guest relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Own all aspects of financial management, including P&L, labor and food cost control, and inventory
- Train, develop, and mentor team members for high performance and advancement
- Adapt operations, staffing, and marketing to fit unique market needs
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and HR regulations while maintaining a positive team culture
