We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a well-established, growing company. The ideal candidate for the CNC Machinist role will be proficient and experienced with a variety of CNC machines while having the ability to produce products from various materials.
CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
• Program and operate 5-Axis Mazak and/or Okuma multi-axis machines
• Provide crucial input on design for machining, manufacturing, assembly, and low-cost
• Proper setup of the CNC machine
• Accurate interpretation of blueprints and customer specifications
• Understands and can read micrometers and other inspection equipment.
• Document new programs and processes to ensure setups can be duplicated and overall production time is optimized.
• 3+ years of work experience running Vertical/Horizontal Mills
• Ability to program and machine complex and close-tolerance components
CNC Machinist Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly range of $32 – $36 hr., based on experience
• 1st shift, 4-day work week with a comprehensive benefits package
