This individual will play a key role in supporting scholarship recipients through proactive outreach, emergency aid coordination, and wrap-around student support services. Student Support Officer Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with college students, student support services, scholarship programs, or education-focused nonprofit organizations
- Experience supporting underserved or diverse student populations preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone, email, and virtual meeting communication
- Experience tracking student progress, follow-ups, outcomes, or program-related data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and student touchpoints simultaneously
- Familiarity with community resources and wrap-around support services preferred
