Sous Chef – Premier Hotel Setting

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily kitchen operations including banquets, a la carte restaurants, and in-room dining
- Lead, train, and mentor culinary team members to maintain consistency and quality
- Assist with menu execution, seasonal specials, and presentation standards
- Help manage food and labor costs while maintaining top-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
- Act as the Executive Chef’s key support and step in as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive culinary experience as a Sous Chef
- Hotel or large-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Event and multi-outlet background a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage costs and maintain quality under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and hands-on leadership style
