Head of Account Management Responsibilities
- Own long-term customer relationships and annual renewals
- Lead renewal, save, and expansion conversations with senior marketing stakeholders
- Analyze account engagement and usage data to proactively manage retention risk
- Support customers with performance marketing strategy and execution
- Build systems, workflows, and playbooks for account management from the ground up
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and customer success leadership
Head of Account Management Requirements
- Proven experience closing deals and managing commercial conversations
- Deep expertise in digital or performance marketing
- Background in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital agencies
- Comfort operating in a startup environment with minimal structure
- Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
Head of Account Management Nice to Haves
- Early-stage startup experience
- Experience working directly with marketing teams on campaign execution
