A leading technology solutions firm is seeking a Client Account Manager to join their expert team.

This is a remote position with up to 30% overnight travel (client meetings).

Client Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Current residence must be in the Midwest (CST) or US East Coast
- Current experience in the IT industry
- Experience working for direct competitors in IT software outsourcing is a MUST
- 5+ years of client-facing account management roles, such as Account Manager, Client Bachelor, Success Manager/Executive, Client Services Executive, or similar positions
- Experience directly providing staff augmentation services
- Experience with establishing the Rates for the new resources to be proposed
- Experience with providing complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability
- Self-motivated with results, detail, and deadline-driven mentality
- Experience and comfort presenting to all management levels of potential client firms, from “C” level executives, product management, and IT professionals
- Highly social and professional – client facing persona with excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Advanced English level
Client Account Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Located in the CST or EST time zone
- Experience working with multinational distributed teams
