Client Partner – Enterprise Technology Accounts

Requirements & Qualifications:
- 8–15 years of experience in client/account management within IT services, BPM, digital operations, or consulting environments
- Proven success managing and growing large enterprise technology accounts
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to own account P&L and drive revenue expansion
- Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Experience working within global delivery or offshore/onshore operating models
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Must Haves
- Experience managing strategic enterprise technology accounts such as Palo Alto Networks or similar organizations
- Proven ability to drive account mining, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
- Experience building executive-level client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Strong commercial acumen including contract management and revenue ownership
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with delivery, operations, HR, and sales teams
- Experience handling escalations, delivery oversight, and SLA-driven client environments
- Ability to develop quarterly and annual account growth strategies
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth technology services environments
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to align service offerings to business objectives
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience supporting cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS clients
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, analytics, or AI-driven solutions
- Background in managed services, IT consulting, or customer experience operations
- Strong strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to identify emerging client needs and proactively position solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
