Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles
- Prior experience within IT services, IT consulting, managed services, or technology solutions environments
- Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting experience targeting US-based clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience generating and qualifying leads for sales teams
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and target-oriented environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to research accounts, identify decision-makers, and engage stakeholders effectively
Must Haves
- Drive outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Research target accounts, organizational structures, and key buying stakeholders to identify sales opportunities
- Generate qualified meetings and demos for client partners and sales executives
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, activity reporting, and CRM updates
- Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to support outbound campaigns and strategic initiatives
- Build and nurture outbound lead pipelines aligned with IT services, automation, AI, and managed services offerings
- Consistently achieve or exceed outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation targets
- Support sales leadership with market intelligence and account engagement insights
