A Luxury Resort is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead all restaurant, bar, banquet, and culinary operations while maintaining exceptional service standards and financial performance. This role serves on the Executive Committee and partners closely with hotel leadership to support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations, including outlets, banquets, and catering
- Develop schedules, staffing plans, and operational strategies to drive profitability
- Partner with culinary and outlet leaders on menu development and merchandising
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure high standards of service, quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to improve performance
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and operational tools
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing F&B teams
- Ensure compliance with all labor and employment regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in hotel or resort food & beverage operations
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Ability to lead multi-outlet and banquet operations
