An established manufacturing organization is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead daily production operations within a high-volume fabrication environment. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, driving safety and quality standards, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently and consistently. The Fabrication Supervisor works closely with manufacturing leadership, engineering, and quality teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Fabrication Supervisor | What You Will Do
• Lead and supervise daily fabrication and production operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met
• Drive production schedules, labor efficiency, and output goals
• Train, coach, and develop production team members
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor production metrics including SQDCM
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions
• Act as a positive leader and change agent on the floor
Fabrication Supervisor | What You Bring
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of production supervisor or team lead experience
• 6+ years of manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Strong understanding of fabrication or metal manufacturing processes
• Experience leading teams in fast paced production environments
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet production deadlines
• Comfortable working in hands on manufacturing environments
