We are looking for an Executive Chef to work at the airport! You will be responsible for the daily operations of this full-service restaurant, including ensuring standards are met, visibility of restaurants within the airport, and exceeding guest expectations.
Executive Chef Competencies:
- Full-service upscale scratch kitchen restaurant background
- Customer and hospitality-focused
- Ensures quality, consistency, and speed
- Numbers savvy – food cost, inventory
- Pleasant, polite manner, and a desire to train the team
- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team
- Great communicator
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Must be eligible for and maintain SIDA badge required to work in airport
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Must maintain applicable state health and alcohol compliance card
