A growing QSR brand is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume environment. This role oversees both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, with responsibility for driving sales, developing teams, maintaining operational standards, and delivering a fast, consistent guest experience. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting, leads by example, and takes ownership of overall store performance.
Compensation and Benefits

Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant GM experience in fast casual or QSR environments
- Strong leadership, team development, and shift management skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and operational skills
- Well-versed in 3rd party platforms and handling activity from multiple revenue streams (walk-in, pick-up, delivery, etc)
Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations
- Familiarity with Toast or similar POS systems
- Proven ability to improve store performance and operational efficiency
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service
- Oversee food quality, preparation standards, inventory, and food safety compliance
- Manage staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and daily operational reporting
- Train and coach team members while supporting overall financial and operational goals
