General Manager – Fast Casual, Scratch Kitchen
A growing fast casual restaurant concept is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment. This role is ideal for a systems-minded operator who enjoys building structure, developing teams, and delivering consistent guest experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000–$85,000

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, speed, and consistency
- Build, implement, and maintain operational systems and standards
- Hire, train, coach, and hold teams accountable through hands-on leadership
- Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and scheduling to meet financial goals
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Partner with kitchen leadership to support scratch-made execution
- Lead service on the floor, resolving issues and supporting the team in real time
Qualifications
- General Manager experience in fast casual or high-volume scratch kitchens
- Proven ability to build and maintain operational systems
- Strong people leadership, communication, and accountability skills
- Business-minded operator with solid tenure history
- Bilingual skills preferred
